Northeastern vs Northwestern Basketball Game at Welsh Ryan Arena 2024

On Sunday December 29, 2024, I attended a college basketball game in Evanston, Illinois at Welsh Ryan Arena. The Northeastern Huskies basketball team came to town to take on the Northwestern Wildcats.

Northwestern got off to a slow start down 17 to 4 early in the game. However, northwestern was able to claw back and had a dominate second half winning by a score of 85 to 60. Northwestern’s Ty Berry made five three pointers and finished with 23 points. Northwestern’s Brooks Barnhizer recorded his seventh double-double of the season.

Northwestern vs Miami University at the Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium in 2024

On Saturday August 31, 2023, I attended a college football game in Evanston, Illinois at the newly updated Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium on Northwestern’s campus on the lakefront. It was a bright, sunny, and warm day.

Northestern played Miami University (Ohio). The first half started off slow with both teams only scoring a field goal headed into halftime. Northwestern was able to score a touchdown and a field goal in the second half and held on to win with a final score of 13 to 7.

Purdue vs Northwestern Baseball at Rocky and Berenice Miller Park 2024

On Sunday May 28, 2024 on a very foggy day in Evanston, Illinois, I attended a Northwestern Baseball game at Rocky and Berenice Miller Park. Purdue prevailed in the game and beat Northwestern with a final score of 11 to 3. Below are some pictures from the game.

Penn State vs Northwestern Basketball at Welsh Ryan Arena 2024

On Sunday February 11, 2024, I attended a college basketball game in Evanston, Illinois at Welsh Ryan Arena. The Pennsylvania State University Nittany Lions basketball team came to town to take on the Northwestern Wildcats. The final score was 68 for the Wildcats and 63 for the Nittany Lions. Northwestern guard Boo Buie finished with 15 points and 6 assists. Penn State guard Nick Kern Jr. finished with 18 points but fouled out late. Penn State kept it close but Northwestern ultimately prevailed.

Baltimore Area 2023
